January issue of EQUUS article in Roundup stated that the FEI has eliminated the 165 lb weight minium requirement for three day event horses, because it has been proven harmful to horses..effective Jan 1/98. Hopefully this will also be ditto for endurance horses who are compromized for longer periods of time. Does anyone know?
