Witholding riders entry fees

As a ride manager I never hold any part of a riders fee for any reason.

I do not want any one on the trail that does not want to be there.

Say a rider vets in on Friday but decides on Saturday not to ride because
of illness, fear, weather, etc.....I refund all of the entry fee. As a
ride manager I have no way of knowing if it is a young horse that may not
be secure on his feet in wet weather or ???

Because we refund in full with a smile we always get a ton of riders and
many come back year after year.
