Where is Potato Edwards?

Hi folks - is there anyone out there who has an address (E or snail)
for Potato Edwards - I have seen a photo of a saddle or saddle tree he has
which we would be very interested in finding out more about. It was Cindy
who is the editor of the UK Country and Distance Rider who took the photo
when she visited his place a while ago.

Any info gratefully received.
