The AERC handbook gives 125 ft and back as the distance for the CRI.
If you are doing this yourself with a heart monitor or stethescope
instead of a vet checking gait out and back at the same time this
would be 250 feet total or 83 yards. Not 100 feet and not 100 yards
which are #'s I've seen and heard a lot.
