This is a cake but not a cake. It is not a Fruit Cake. Let me state this again, it is not a Fruit Cake. This is a unique loaf cake with a rich moist full flavor with a special blend of fruited jam, nuts and other special ingredients. Everyone who eats it, loves it. It recieves rave reviews at all family gatherings, socials, and church events. I have never a piece left and should have took more.
