For those of you receiving the Digest form of RideCamp - the format has
been changed.
There is now a header with an attachment for each submission.
There are 2 advantages to this:
1. You don't have to open and read the SPAM
2. You can respond to an individual submission without copying the
entire digest in the response.
This is a new format and we would prefer to leave it this way. However,
we would like to hear from you if you cannot read or open the
attachments in the Digest. So, if it is a problem, please let me know.
