Thanks for the great info on plant poisonings. I believe Trail Blazer
this month has an article in regards to this, but I may be mixing it up
with another magazine....

Horsetail. Mystery's eaten this with relish all his life with no ill
effects. I will now deny him this pleasure.

Fireweed: Just a matter of interest, bears love fireweed and
horsetail..this is their "salad" mixture that truly wild Brown Bears
forage mainly on. But we all know how different their systems are then
horses!
