Mr. Mitchell,

The name you suggest was never forwarded to AERC and thus was not put on
the ballot. Other names likewise have been suggested but not forwarded to
AERC.

That is why the "Other" category is on your ballot. All New Region AERC
members are encouraged to vote for the name of their own choice.

I hope this clarifies the issue for everyone.
