making this the best ROC ever goes to the Fort Armstrong gang. There was an

In 1991 I rode my first CTR at Ft. Armstrong. Since that time I have ridden
there on numerous occasions. You couldn’t ask for a nicer, harder working
group of people that are responsible for building a first rate horse
facility. They have had a lot of experience putting on top notch events. I
am glad to see them getting the credit they deserve for all their hard work
and not the blame for the things that went wrong.
