Where we board, they feed pellets to most of the horses, as well as supply
a bit of grass/alfalfa hay at each feeding, for the horses to nibble on.
There are about 75 horses on the property. The only time they've had problems
with colic, was with horses who's owners decided they wanted them them on
grain, or some other alternative.

I decided, jokingly, that Provo must be agoraphobic - he's perfect
on single track, but can't deal with wide open areas. Doesn't know where
to walk, how to do it in a straight line, where to look, etc.

So I decided we should only do rides that were purely single track. <grin>
