I havn't tried DMSO, but I have used witch hazel and arnica gell on
Colin (husband). It brought out a huge bruise and gave a lot of releif
to the muscule. His injury was in his calf. I only used DMSO once on my
old horse and he reacted quite badly to it. A lot of irritation and foot
stamping, so I washed it off pretty quick.
