A much more direct approach, and one that would work for many on ridecamp
would be to use a spreadsheet, creating columns for each of the factors you
want to track and a new row for each entry. The advantage to this is that
spreadsheet programs (like Excel) have analysis tools built in - you can
easily examine your data for patterns and statistics without knowing much
about either. The only limitation with Excel is that you are limited to
16,000 entries (rows), which, at one per day, would take you 40 years to
fill up...
