My apologies if this has been discussed before. I couldn't find it in
the archives.

Has anyone had any experience - good, bad, or otherwise - with the
Bullseye Pro-Hitch Ball Mount? This is advertised in Valley Vet Supply
catalog for $99.95 + FOB 22 lbs. It is described as a ball mount that
swivels 180 degrees and extends 5", so that all you have to do is get
close to the trailer, swivel the mount to attach, lower your trailer and
fasten. After latching, pull forward to realign, reverse the vehicle to
lock in position and install the safety pin. It has Class III and IV
towing capacity and fits 2" receivers. Spring loaded lock pin to hold
in position. Comes with a 2" drop ball mount. Lifetime warranty.
This sounds like a fantastic item, especially for people hooking up by
themselves with an offset camper door that doesn't allow a view of the
trailer hitch. The only problem is - I have seen it advertised for two
years and never seen anyone that used one. This makes me really
cautious.
Is there a problem with these things, or has no one tried it?
