Lynn,
Is the saddle you like of Albion's in their "comfort" line? I found myself
liking the "modified comfort" model the best. How many hours have you
spent in this saddle at one time? Were you and the horse still
comfortable? I attended an Albion clinic locally and was very impressed
with their fitting of the saddle to the horse (especially hard to fit
horses). I got a chance to sit in a Buffalo hide one. It was out of this
world! We had a horse (brought to the clinic by an attendee) that actually
"voiced his opinion" about his choice of saddles! He would turn his head
and "follow" his favorite saddle when they took it off! We would get a
stark and unhappy expression with all the others! I wouldn't have believed
it, if I hadn't seen it with my own eyes.
