I, for one, only get so much time for so many dollars. After that, it
costs me extra. Some people have to pay for long distance to reach their ISP.

Someone recently sent me a large email which clogged my ISP service. I was
unable to download any of my email for several days. Finally the ISP had
to delete all my incoming. I now choose to delete without opening, all
large mails.
