Subscribing and unsubscribing to ridecamp - and getting dropped

I see a number of remove requests and queries like the one below
to ridecamp regularly.

*****
I guess I need to direct this to Stephanie. I have not received any e-mail
from ridecamp since July 23rd. Have I been dropped from the list or
what??? I would love to know what's happening with my friends. Please
advise!!!

If you are not getting any mail from ridecamp - it means that
you have likely been dropped from the list. This happens if
the ridecamp software gets an "undeliverable message" back from
your mail address. This can happen for lots of reasons - most
of which you have no control over. Mail postings are coming to ridecamp
at a rate of about 1600-1800 per month which averages 60 a day.
More on weekdays - less on weekends. If you don't see something -
likely you are off the list.

If you are not getting mail - you need to re-subscribe as below.
And if you want to unsubscribe - either temporarily or permanently -
you MUST mail the request to the addresses below - not to ridecamp.
