Tummy Troubles

I am responding late to this post from Becky as we have been traveling in
Colorado, AZ, and UT. Had a ball and saw some beautiful country.

There is a great bar - Daybreak- made by Starlight International, 5g. fat
and 11g. protein with 3g. of fiber. It has a peanut flavor. Also,
Daybreak shakes. They come in two flavors, vanilla bean and chocolate
decadence and they taste great any time of the day. You do not need a
blender, just shake or stir in milk, o.j., water (my last choice) and you
can add a banana, strawberries, blueberries, peaches, mangos, or whatever
you can think of. I have one of these in the AM and I don't feel hungry
until dinner but when riding long distances, I will eat during the ride or
you can carry the Daybreak bar. You also get 1/3 of the Daily Recommended
Values of 15 vitamins and minerals. If you would like more info, just let
me know.
