Seeing as I just put away my copper sulfate from Biology II class, I
thought I'd comment...
CuSO4 is used in chicken feed. Also in ponds. It is pretty acidic so
changes the pH. Can't comment on whether it gets rid of worms, bacteria,
or algae, but it IS used a lot on farms....
