Unofficial Changes in the AERC Rules

The following represents the differences I found in updating the
Rules and Regulations from the latest version I had - 1995 -
and the current one I received this year - 1997. The 1995
version was available at www.aerc.com and the updated version will
be available there soon.

This information is unofficial only and does not represent the
official AERC rules. All typos are the responsibility of
Mike Maul. It is intended only to make the rules available
by web access and any questions are to be settled by the
official AERC Rules provided to AERC members.

The old version is first followed by the new version. If there is
a 1996 copy of the rules that I do not have - then there may not
be a difference from last year.
