Bot Fly eggs

I feel for you. Have not had to do that for years. I don't have any
horses near me that are not ivermectined...result is no Bot Flies,
therefore no bot eggs.

I have used griddle stone and stroked the bot eggs, thus removing them.
Kerosene was once reputed to kill the eggs but I am not sure this worked.

I like to use a bot knife. The one that has the curved tip and comes with
a plastic sleeve that protects it. Again you scrape them off.

Bonnie....& Jet, The bots are gone but what about these durn gnats and flies?
