I can't tell you how heartened I am by the large number of requests I
got for more information. I started responding individually and realized
that I should just post to the list. Sorry for the duplicated info for
you people to whom I already e-mailed privately.

Incidentally, I've tried to get this conversation going on two other
lists and the subscribers just weren't interested. This is great!

If any of you get the book/video and find the formula he suggests for
toe length hard to calculate, please let me know because my
mathematically-brilliant husband translated it for me - the
mathematically-impaired person (just thinking about fractions make me
itch!)

Also, as I mentioned, my shoer endorses the methods l00% and we shod my
horse "by the book" with dramatic results.
