there are leg exercises that you can do to help with the knee pain.
Basically, what the physical therapist told me is that the inner thigh and
quad muscles get very strong and the outer do not get used as much so when
the muscles contract (IE. when you post) the knee cap slides out of place
and scrapes on the something?) Any way it hurts. So I did lots of leg lifts
and stregnbthing exercises and the knee pain is virtually gone. (there is
some more detailed inof in the archives on this).

I used the professional choice soft brace on several rides and it worked
well. Pull it tight and then pull the knee hole around til it keepds the
knee cap in line.
