We've had testers at both of our local NATRC rides the last 3 or 4 years
(starting right after our ride manager called up the Dept. of Ag. and
insisted that we get some service for all the fees we had been sending
in!). The testers were also at the Peruvian Paso show I attended in
Ventura in June.
