Hi Kim and all,

I've been riding my suede Schooling & Training Sports Saddle
for a little over 3 years. I haven't put on the miles that
most of you will have done in that time, but here is how it
has held up for casual trail riding.

- The suede has gotten "shiney" rub spots in a few places.
(I know, I keep meaning to make a seatcover...)
- The nylon rigging shows wear, but is still completely safe.

None of the stitching on the skirts is even threatening to come
loose, the D's for the breast collar and crupper are still firmly
attached.

Oh dear, one other thing I just remembered: there was a "dent"
in the seat after I left it sit under another saddle for a few
days in my van. This may mean the internal neoprene is aging and
losing its resilience. I just put the saddle back on the rack in
the tackroom yesterday, so will have to check this weekend and see
if the dent is still there.

I am planning to ship the saddle back for the famous "stirrup
re-alignment" this fall, and if the seat is still dented will have
them look at it.
