I am in the same situation here. I have to make a point of moving my legs
back constantly. It's aggravating sometimes! I like the saddle though and
have not taken the time to get the stirrups moved, even though I recently had
a couple of shims put in to make it a perfect fit for my mare. BTW, the
Saddle Tech gauge is a wonderful little contraption which convinced me not to
sell my saddle for a new one. It now fits the FeatherB perfectly. And thank
you to Dennis O'Brien down near Vancouver, WA for doing me the favor of
measuring my mare and my saddle with his ST gauge.
