Additional Info:

Yes, there are buckles still available. The ride app had a deadline of
Aug. 1st to be guaranteed a buckle. We went ahead and ordered plenty of
buckles so everybody (except very last minute entries) should get a buckle.
(btw, UPS delivered them yesterday and they look GREAT!!) <sigh of relief>

Stalls in the barns are available for $10 per night. Pay the fairgrounds
manager at the site. Pipe corrals available for $5 per night. First come
first served. Wash rack behind the barns available for our use.

Restrooms in the large Pavillion and the fairgrounds rear (large) arena are
going to be open for us. In addition, there will be sani-huts in the large
parking area.

We've had the parking area for our event doubled in size, so parking should
not be a problem for even the largest rigs.

Dogs will be allowed but MUST BE ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES.

Trail consists of two (different) 50 mile loops each day. Saturday, August
30 is a 25 mile LD ride and a 50 mile ride, plus day one of the two day
100. Sunday, August 31 is the 25 mile Ride and Tie, another 50 miler and
day two of the two day 100. Ride is AERC sanctioned. R&T is sanctioned by
the R&T Assoc.

Plenty of water on the trail. Creeks and troughs. All vet checks on the
trail. We will have volunteers to help the riders. Beverages, snacks,
hay, etc. will be available. Easy crew access to the 1 hour vet check. Our
entire trail has been mileaged by GPS, Satellite and motorcycle and the
course is true mileage on both days. It is of moderate difficulty and
there are some rocky sections. Most of the trail has excellent footing.
NOTE: This isn't an easy ride!

Friday night: Tack sale. Bring your old or unwanted tack, saddles and
horsey items. We are asking for a 15% contribution for any items sold.
Donations to DCSAR are tax-deductable.

I will send a public thank you to all of the companies that have donated
products for this fund-raiser (for Search and Rescue). To date, well over
30 companies have contributed. If you are one of them, please know that
without your support we would not have been able to do this ride.

To request a ride app: Email Gary Ceragioli at czar1@telis.org or call
(916) 694-2972 or e-mail myself or call (702) 265-5143. You can download a
ride app from: http://www.greatbasin.net/~sportssaddle/ride.html
