Ann, my personal opinion. I have had many of the $2000 beautiful
craftsmanship
saddles that were built so well they would last a life time yet did not
last a ride on my horse because of fitting problems. I have 2 SS now,
nothing to look at but fit perfect and worth more than all the fancy
stitching in the world. Wouldn't trade them for anything and would
rather deal with the flap hitting my boot tops than dry spots on my
horse's back. This saddle is worth every penny I have paid for them!!!
