AHAH!!!!! The question that I, (who seems to have started this thread)
was trying to get answered in the first place.....

Do you have this type of control with a vosal? Can you turn the horse
around to get a whoa? This is what I was refering to when I asked if a
"whoa was possible". I really didn't mean to start a training
discussion <G> or imply that I have the worst trained horse this side
of the Missouri...

BTW, thanks to those of you who have already been gracious enough to
answer my question.....
