the ez-care people claim they will replace the batteries for free. so if you
bought it from them.. call and send it back..

we charge $5 per battery plus a service fee $5 and shipping..

or you can try it yourself.. just study the way the battery is installed ..
then take it apart getting the circuit board out can be a trick..
