Hi- No I don't think it's a bug problem. I have 3 other horses and they aren't
rubbing and everybody shares bedding and brushes. I think she just has dry
skin and she is the type that goes all out so she rubs vigorously. So far the
shampoo is working and once winter comes she'll stop itching. hope I can break
the cycle this year. Thankd- Amy
