I use one all the time (training rides and competition) - wouldn't go back
to water bottles for my water. Rode about 18 miles this weekend and went
thru the entire 70 oz. - if I had been using water bottles I *might* have
gone thru 2 and would have been very dehydrated. Since you just have to lift
the bite tube to your lips and can sip you tend to drink a lot more - which
is a -good thing-!

They do get a little hot on the back but in this weather everything is hot,
right? :-) A little extra heat is MUCH better than risking dehydration or
running out of water. You *can* freeze the bladders like you can a water
bottle - just fill them half way, freeze, then fill when you're ready to ride.

Bouncing is not an issue if you're riding right :-) I find that when I'm
sitting correctly there is no movement - even when it's full. It's when I
collapse a little to one side or forward that I get some bouncing so I know
to straighten up!

I have not had any trouble with rubbing on the shoulders or anywhere else -
after I put it on I don't even know it's there.

Any other questions drop me a line
