Does anyone have any good tips for keeping bandages on? My gelding got a
triangular tear on his front foreleg - halfway between knee and shoulder.
Luckily he only tore skin and it was not more then two hours old when I
found it. My vet stitched it and wrapped it with the recommendation to
leave the wrap for 5 days and change it. His wrap lasted 1.5 days, mine
have only been making it .5 days. Two problems here 1, the location - cant
do anything about that and 2, the horse is biting the bandage and pulling
it down. The cut is healing really well so I am not terribly concerned,
but it would be good to get some tips just in case he ever got a more
serious cut.
