Horstmyer saddles range around $900-950.00. Well worth the price. I tried to
switch to a different saddle on my "young" horse, and made him sore. Her
saddles are leather (she makes them in a less expensive grade and a good
grade). The rigging is nylon, which holds up real well. You will need one of
her girths though, as she uses a square ring that is hard to get tight
without the benefit of the elastic she uses. Good luck!
