EasyCare is making progress on the new EasyRide Manager 2 Program. We
will begin testing the first Beta version of the software on June 29. We
are on schedule to have the PC version of the program complete on August
1, 1997. The Mac version will be available the following week.

We would like to apologize for the delay but are very confident that
EasyRide Manager 2 will easy the pain of all ride managers.

EasyRide Manager 2 will be available free of charge via download from our
new web page. Although the program is not available yet, a discription
of the new progarm and the download site are up and running on the web.
