How come there are very few ride and ties in the East? I am hoping to
do one at the Marriott Ranch in November but that and one other were the
only ones here in the Maryland, VA, PA area. Does anyone know how to
put one on? Are they sanctioned by anyone? I might like to try it.
Any info would be helpful.
