<< Traveling to a ride one friday, some jerk behind us thought we were going
too
slow. We couldn't see him and there was no place safe to pull over. He/she
finally pulled in front of us and slammed on his brakes. Needless to say so
did we, with smoke and screeching (driver and wheels) too. Luckily we were
not rear ended by the cars behind us.

My horse and I ended up getting pulled at about 35mi into the 50 for a mild
suspensory. Could traveling in a straight, forward loading trailer caused
some preliminary damage/stress from the horse bracing itself against this
 sudden stop? Just wondering. >>
Sure could contribute, but probably the suspensory was in the making....
Frankly, I would rather HIT the guy (have my camera READY and sue him for
damages!!!) I have a sign on the back of my trailer "Push, Pass or get off my
@$$!!". Believe it or not, it HELPS!!!
