One of the motorcycling lists I'm on has "In Sh*t List" - basically
a list of people, addresses, phone numbers and what tools/mechanical
savvy they have.

The idea is, you take the list with you whenever you travel and should
"badness" arise (mechanical breakdowns), you can call someone on the
list to help you out.

This list is reposted on a monthly basis, with the instructions that
it is confidential and you're not to go and give it to any old person.

I would suggest:

Name
Address
Phone
Available human accommodation?
Available horse accommodation?
Mechanical ability/tools to fix truck/trailer?
