I went two years ago and loved it!
Things that are great:
HOT SHOWERS!
LUNCH PROVIDED EVERYDAY!
The trails were wonderful; no chance of getting lost.
Pay the days you ride at the end.
I thought the trails were "easy" compared to here in the CT region..well at
least they seemed "fast"!
Things I wish I'd known:
Scratches will kill your ride. Even rinsing didn't help. Wish I'd brought
gallons of vinegar and TONS of Desitin. Start right out day one with
Desitin on the pasterns.
I WAS told to bring a winter blanket. YES! It snowed on us!
There is no laundrymat. Would've brought more clothes, esp warmer ones!
Prepare for girth, saddle sores by using vaseline, Desitin, Diaper Doo,
whatever. Bring several saddle pads.
Have fun; it's a great time!
