***********
Beening fairly new to the sport I was looking for
some advice on my training schedule. I ride a 14yr
old chesnut Arab mare. I ride 4 times a week approx
12 to 18 miles. Once a week I ride a trail that has a lot
of hills. Because of where I live I was unable to begin riding
until late April. My mare has a resting rate of 32. I was wondering
what type of heartrates I should be aiming for at trots, lopes and
gallops. I
realize you can't predict exactly I was just looking for guidelines as
to when I am over doing it or whether I should be moving forward a little
quicker. Any other suggestions are most welcome.

Thanks
Julia
