And not to nitpick, but the AERC's domain is not really the domain they
should have. .com domains are for commercial enterprises; as a
non-profit corporation (and an educational, historical and sanctioning
organization), AERC's domain should be aerc.org.

Unfortunately, to change it would cost a hundred bucks, so I doubt
they'll be changing anytime soon.
