This assumes that you folks out West start your rides at a "normal" hour
of the morning. I have been on rides where the starting time was 4:45
AM for the 100, and 5:15 for the 50! Wake up call at 3:AM for the
general camp is awfully early. Most crews have one person just stay up
to make coffee & feed horses around 2AM. I wonder if the horses get the
rest they want with an ever-wakeful camp?
