I am posting this for my friend, Katja, who is now HOOKED on trail /
endurance riding and especially hooked on how "cheap" good horses are
in America! She is now considering buying a youngster, lightly
training it here for the next 1-1/2 years, and bringing it home to
Germany. She doesn't have net access and asked me to post this.

Has anyone on the list shipped a horse to Germany? If so, when, what
were the requirements and what were your experiences? How did the
horse do? Would you do it again?
