Your response is very well written as well as very thoughtful. Your
experience comes across really well.
I'm hoping that we can all keep an open mind and ask some "experts" what they
think on this issue. (when I was an engineering manager at Hewlett Packard,
we had a definition for expert ex=has been, spurt=drip under pressure.) I
really don't care about changing peoples minds one way or the other. Let's
have a learning experience/environment. Which means that thoughtful,
articulate posts like yours should be the norm .
