According to the article about the bill in Ride magazine included in
people who have to wear helmets are *spectators* at horse events! It
appears that our crews after the bill passes, will all have to wear
helmets???? Yeah, I can just see them passing out helmets at Santa Anita.

Also included are people who engage in "equine boarding, trailering,
loading or transporting"! I suppose that means Van drivers will have to
wear a helmet while driving a tractor because horses are attached?
