Ann,

Keep your horses feet just the way they are. It pains me to see small,
Quarter Horse feet on an arab. Actually I hate to see small feet on any
horse. Most of the time, they weren't born with these feet, the feet
became molded over time to their small, straight look. I see this all
the time with shoers who do a lot of QH's. My horse has bell shaped
feet, and I love it, the better for traction and concussion. When I went
looking for shoers I stayed away from all the good-ol-boys who worked on
QH's and found a gal who specializes in arabians.
