Sounds like you need to unsubscribe to one or the other. To
unsubscribe, send the word "unsubscribe" in the message body to either
ridecamp-request@endurance.net or ridecamp-d-request@endurance.net
(digest). Results aren't instantaneous but what is, other than bad
luck?

hey folks, don't mean to nit-pick here but i am currently getting
both the digest as well as the individual messages back and forth. this is
overwhelming my mail box and i don't know why it's happening. in other
words, i am getting the same stuff 2x...yikes! do i need to do something to
fix this or is it 'your problem?'
