Ken,
Syd Hill are, in my opinion, one of the best saddles that we make over here,
although I am not sure how many people ride Endurance in them. My wife rides
in one and it has been great for the last couple of years. She had her saddle
adapted from a couple of different designs, and it is never too much trouble
for them to make minor alterations. I ride in a McClelland (?) style saddle -
just the tree covered with leather basically. My horse got some back soreness
from it, so we took it to Syd Hill (they are local to us) and they added some
padding and sheepskin. No more problems.
