Don't condem them before they have had a chance. Just because it is a new
ride or ride manager does not mean it is not a good thing. I am personally
really excited to get to go out and do a 5 day ride this year because there
is one in my area that I don't need a drive for.

Also, looking at the 5 day rides on the calander, I do not see any at least
out west that are "new" per se or that have "inexperienced" ride managers.

Just my $.02.
