For those of you in Massachusetts and thereabouts who are
interested, the Arabian Horse Association of Massachusetts is sponsoring a
panel discussion on CTR and trail riding on March 16th. Panelists tenatively
include Gordon DeWolf, rider/ride manager/horticulturalist (with an
extensive knowledge of poisonous plants!), Gail Greenlaw, longtime
rider/manager of several ECTRA rides and the only AERC ride in
Massachusetts, Judy Lorimer, rider/clinician/ECTRA lay judge, and yours
truly, veterinarian/ECTRA judge, AERC vet.
Date is March 16th, place is (I believe) VFW hall in Upton, MA
(close to Mass pike and 495). Will post more details when I have them.
Participants will also receive a discount on entries to one of Msss
Arab's 1997 trail rides (judged/unjudged pleasure rides).
