HRMs for horses and humans

My husband bought one of Roger's HRMs for me for Christmas.
It works great on my horse (the instruction book is
excellent, I got it right the first try). It also works just
fine on me with the chest belt. When it's too cold to ride
in Saskatoon (less than -15 C) I used it doing aerobics and
while cross country skiing. I can really tell when I'm tired
and my recoveries are not as good. My resting heart rate is
much higher than my horse's (88 vs 36) but we both easily
range 120-150 during aerobic exercise. His goes up to 160
cantering up a hill, and mine will go to 173 skiing uphill.
I'd recommend this unit to anyone.

Cheers,
Trisha
